The Check In Process
CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM For each apartment we provide keyless access via an electronic and a combination style door lock that is provided to our guests prior to arrival, so no need to meet with anyone at check-in. We also have plenty of parking on onsite - secured parking for multiple (2) vehicles and/or boat trailers. Those renting the RV space will also enjoy contactless check-in.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE -100% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. - Remaining balance: Due later CANCELLATION POLICY -100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. -50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier. -0% refundable if canceled after. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A pre-authorization of $250 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure

The Anderson Park Paw Playground and Tarpon Springs Dog Park are both less than a mile away and offer activities for the whole family. - Location & Transportation Our location provides easy access to various transportation options. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority offers routes to beaches, malls, and local attractions. The Trolley serves several hot spots, and affordable taxis and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available. - Laundry Each apartment includes a stackable washer and dryer, and there is also a laundromat nearby. - Coffee A Keurig coffee maker is provided in each apartment along with K-cups, sugar, Splenda, Sweet’N Low, and creamer for your convenience. - Grilling A park-style charcoal grill is available in the backyard for guests. Please bring your own charcoal. - TV & Streaming Each apartment is equipped with YouTube TV and access to streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. - Kitchen Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. - Pool We do not have a pool, but Tarpon Springs offers a water park and nearby beaches. The Tarpon Springs Splash Park is a popular water play area for families. - Electronics Each bedroom is equipped with an alarm clock for your convenience. - Grocery Delivery A nearby Walmart offers grocery pickup, and Publix provides grocery delivery services. - Elevator No elevator needed—all apartments are on the ground level. - WiFi Yes!
